Western Balkans Partnership Project

Project dedicated to cultural and social development of rural communities in Western Balkans. RCC project create an innovative approach to cultural development of rural communities and offer opportunities for local artists, creative practitioners, cultural organizations, civil sector and interested individuals in rural areas to implement cultural and artistic projects and to build capacities of local communities for further local development.

During last 18 months RCC Team members pass over 150.000 kilometers across Western Balkans region facing different challenges of field work. We were active in over 100 villages, more than 20.000 people visit different cultural activities in the villages and over 1000 of them take active part in creation of local cultural programs.
